音之山水

 

響きの器とともに、自然を巡り、耳を傾け、

その対話の中で、有機的な創作活動を行う表現家。

美術館、茶席、庭園、教会、自然の中などをメインフィールドとし、

自己の内外に自然を感じることのできる空間を提供するコンサートなどを行う。

A native to Japan and current resident of Netherland, Yasu is known for his sound installations and concerts in which the audience often find “nature” within and around themselves. Preferred venue are those with quiet settings such as museum, garden, tea house, and in the nature. His passion is to express his feelings that resonate with the place and audience at particular moment, mixed with his own experience through his journey and from the places he lived, Japan, Bali and Taiwan.  

He performs regularly for private gatherings and organizes “silent listening” workshops and sound retreats, in additions to environmental activities.
